We love lemonade. Don’t we? Lets put a twist into our beloved classic lemonade. It’s easy and simple to make. All you need a few ingredients.

Ingredients: Chopped cucumber, freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey, water and ice cubes.

Direction to make:

  1. Add a few pieces of cucumber and a cup of water to blender. Blend it and pour it through a strainer and throw away the pulp.
  2. Heat two cups of water, add honey into it. Mix it well.
  3. Drop the ice cubes into a container, add the cucumber mixer and lukewarm honey water.
  4. Give it a nice stir.
  5. Add some lemon and cucumber slices to garnish and you are good to go.

Best time to drink: Anytime in the day.

Pear, lemon ginger water:


Lemon is a magical fruit. It is a bomb of nutrients and vitamins. Add some ginger to it, now you have a super drink and some pear to go for the taste.

Ingredients: Lemon, pear, ginger and water.

Direction to make:

  1. In a bottle of water, add some lemon slices, grated ginger and finely chopped pieces of pear.
  2. If you like little more gingery, add a few drops of ginger oil.
  3. Let it sit for a good 12 hours. And You have it a detox super drink.

Best time to drink: Early in the morning in empty stomach.

Pomegranate aloe vera beetroot juice:


In Ayurveda, Aloe vera is regarded as a superfood. And if you have pomegranate and beetroot to it, you will have a tasty and healthy drink as well.

Ingredients: Fresh aloe vera, chopped beetroot, pomegranate juice and a pinch of black pepper powder.

Direction to make:

  1. Take a sharp knife and peel off the aloe vera and keep the pulp aside.
  2. In a blender add 1.5 cups of pomegranate juice, a cup of chopped beetroot and blend it well.
  3. Now mix the aloe vera gel and blend for few more seconds.
  4. Drop a pinch of black pepper powder and give it a nice mix.

Best time to drink: in between meals in the day.


Spinach green chia seeds smoothie:


Green is good. And what is better is spinach green. Combine this with some unsweetened almond milk, chia seed and pineapple to release more taste and you have a proper smoothie meal.

Ingredients:  Wash and finely chopped spinach, frozen (of fresh) pineapple slices, unsweetened almond milk, one banana and a tablespoon of chia seeds.

Direction to make:

  1. Drop the chopped spinach and banana in a blender and blend it into a thick paste.
  2. Add pineapple slices and almond milk. And blend it well
  3. If it is too thick, add some more almond milk.
  4. Add a tablespoon of chia seeds and give it a nice mix.

Best time to drink:  Drink this smoothie as a meal. It is a good replacement for your dinner.


Watermelon strawberry mint detox:


Watermelon is tasty and at the same time is one of the fruits out there. It reduces blood presume. Make the human body more responsive to insulin and alleviates muscle soreness. Add some strawberry for flavour and mint for freshness, there you have it a perfect drink to calm your nerves down.

Ingredients: Chopped watermelon, few mint leaves and a few diced strawberries.

Directions to make:

  1. Drop chopped watermelon and strawberries into a blender. Blend in well.
  2. Crush few mint leaves and add it with the blend.
  3. Pour it into a glass, garnish with few dices of strawberries.

Best time to drink: In the afternoon or evening. Replace your alcohols or cocktails with this detox drinks.


Orange fennel rosemary water:


One more orange drink here. Because why not? Everyone loves oranges. And mix it with slices of fennel and a small stem of rosemary for a refreshing drink takes to cleanse your body.

Ingredients: Lemon slice, Fennel slice and stem of rosemary with few leaves.

Directions to make:

  1. Take a bottle of water and drop a few slices of lemon and a stem of rosemary with leaves.
  2. Add a slice of fennel. If you don’t have it you can add powdered fennel seeds.
  3. Let it for some 12 – 24 hours.

Best time to drink: Anytime in the day.

Radiant lemon detox water:


The more lemon is praised, the less it is. Lemon is an ultimate source of vitamin c and many nutrients. So to stay true to my words, here is another lemon drink to filter your body.

Ingredients: chopped apples, radish, beetroot, few drops of lemon zest and two lemons juiced.

Directions to make:

  1. Put everything in a blender. Blend it well.
  2. Add water to adjust the consistency.
  3. Sieve the blend and serve it.

Best time to drink: Early in the morning.


Basil Cucumber water:


How about replacing your regular water with some lemon cucumber basil-infused water? Want to give it a try? Let’s have it, an infused detox water recipe.

Ingredients: Few cucumber slices, slices of lemons and few basil leaves.

Directions to make:

  1. In a clean big bottle, drop the lemon and cucumber slices.
  2. Come behind with few basil leaves.
  3. Let it sit in the fridge for a good 24 hours.
  4. Replace your regular water with it.

Best time to drink: Drink in like your regular glasses of water.


Coconut water mint lemon detox:

Ingredients: Coconut water, a tablespoon of honey and lemon juice and few mint leaves.

Directions to make:

  1. Take the coconut water in a jar.
  2. Scarp off some coconut and add it to water.
  3. Add a tablespoon of lemon juice and honey.
  4. Crush and drop the mint leaves.
  5. Give it long and a good stir.
  6. Garnish with some lemon slices and mint leaves and serve.

Best time to drink: In a warm afternoon while basking on the soon, a good replacement for a pina colada.


Blueberry lavender detox water:


Let’s end this list in a flowery note. And for this, we have one unique recipe of blueberry and lavender. It’s easy to make. Moreover, blueberries are full of antioxidants.

Ingredients: one cup of blueberries, few lavenders and water.

Direction to make:

  1. Take a jar full of clean water.
  2. Add blueberries and lavenders.
  3. Let it sit for 24 hours.
  4. Sieve and serve.

Best time drink: Drink it in a lazy evening like a regular alcohol drink.
